Today we got up really early and went to the opening of the new shopping centre in town, Westfield. The main reason for going was the new Apple store, where they were handing out t-shirts and applauding everyone as the entered - it was scary and exciting at the same time. It’s a really big mall, filled with all the obvious shops, but it’ll be handy as it’s on our bus route and right next to fabric street!
Afterwards we went to Holland Park for a walk. I had brought some peanuts in my pocket, so we fed the squirrels and they sat on our laps. They were so adorable. Tomorrow, there’s going to be a Haunted Walk in the Kyoto gardens, which we may have to check out!
