We found a cute new coffee shop today called Lovecrumbs, which had opened a week ago.

The decor was quirky and cute. We sat at a piano and there was a drum coffee table and an old cabinet filled with cakes.

My cappuccino was really good so it'll likely become a new favourite. They mentioned that they plan to stay open late too, which is always a good thing.

We met up with the team behind Edinblogger at Lovecrumbs this afternoon to give them our tickets for the Hidden Door Festival as we're going to be busy tomorrow.

We ended our crawl by tucking in to amazing cakes at Lovecrumbs. Their peanut butter tarts are so tasty - I'll need to get the recipe.

We decided to take our laptops to Lovecrumbs and work there today which was an awesome idea because it meant we could eat cake while we worked.

We shared a chocolate tart and peanut butter brownie which were both amazing.

Though Mel was sure she didn't want anymore cake, nobody could resist the temptation of Lovecrumbs where we ordered a carrot cake, smoked salt & rye brownie, caramel brownie and chocolate rosemary tart and rotated them around the table.

Afterwards, we headed to Lovecrumbs to do some work and eat some cake before heading home for a long night of staying awake until the votes came in.

We won tickets to a Pyrus autumn wreath making workshop with from Google.

Laura had won tickets too, which was perfect because she loves flowers. We'd both invited each other the week before and then realised we both had tickets, so Tom got to come too.

It was held at Lovecrumbs, so there was unlimited tea and cake all night long. At the end of the night we were all given boxes so we could take leftover cake and scones away with us.

It was so therapeutic picking flowers and making our wreaths. The time flew by so quickly and we were amazed at how different everyone's wreaths were at the end of the night.

We spent the rest of the afternoon working at Lovecrumbs with super tasty cakes.
