I ordered some new shoes and a squirrel sweater from ASOS and they arrived today.

I felt like I should hop along the street in them.

We've had an amazing response to our Google video since it launched yesterday. Even Kit-Cat Clock was talking about it on Facebook.

After getting my overflowing inbox to zero, we headed out to Project Coffee for a chai tea latter and a flapjack.

We even got to play our new favourite game of guessing if the traffic wardens will be fast enough to give cars tickets before they drive off.

A customised CO+K ViewMaster arrived this morning and it's the coolest ever.

It was my favourite toy when I was little and this one is filled with photos from our American road-trip, which I love. We're going to be giving three sets away on CO+K in a few weeks time, so make sure to enter if you'd like to win one too.

In the evening my parents came through and we went for dinner at the Southern, where I had a coupon for burgers and drinks. I had the shroom burger with a side of sweet potato fries.

Afterwards we went to see Tom Cruise's new movie Oblivion, which Tom thought was a lot like Wall-e.

We went to see Springbreakers at the Cameo today. It was a strange film but I kind of want my own pink balaclava with a unicorn on it too.

Afterwards we went for dinner at Prezzo on the bridges. It had a lovely view but I couldn't help thinking about when the restaurant used to be a Cult store where I'd buy my jeans.

The food was good but the service was so so slow and it was almost an hour before we got to eat.

The drawing of their "Light Pizza" was rather deceptive on the menu and I was so shocked at how small it was when it arrived. Considering it cost more than a normal pizza, I asked if they could swap it. Although we shared a delicious praline tiramisu for dessert, I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

In the evening, we joined forces with Laura and Kenny to take on the pub quiz at Under The Stairs and we came first, winning a gigantic box of beer. Beginners luck strikes again!

It was the first ever Mini Maker Faire in Edinburgh today, so we headed along to Summerhall to check it out.

It was very very busy with small children everywhere, which made it quite difficult to get up close to any of the gadgets but we did get to see a 3D printer in action which was awesome.

They also had a wall made of light switches that you could turn on and off to draw pictures with. I've begged Tom to make one for me someday.

Summerhall used to be an old veterinary school and part of the exhibition was an augmented reality game, where you walk around the corridors catching monsters on a smart phone. It was so eerie exploring the derelict medical rooms.

Afterwards we went for a coffee and I got a free flat white, when they misheard me ordering a flapjack.
